Before you call
Do you come to all of Redwood City?
Yes. We cover the whole city, from US-101 and Woodside Road to downtown, Sequoia Station and the residential streets on both sides of the freeway.
What hours are you available?
7am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
What happens when I call?
Tell us where the vehicle is and what it is doing, plus the year, make and model. We come to you, look at the vehicle on site, and tell you what we find before any work starts.
Can you replace a dead battery on the spot?
We check the battery’s age and condition first. If it has failed, we can replace it on site with a matching battery. If it was only drained, a jump start may be all it needs.
