Before you call
Do you come to all of Portola Valley?
Yes. We cover the whole town, from Portola Road and Alpine Road to Los Trancos Road, Westridge Drive and the residential roads in between, including trailhead parking.
What hours are you available?
7am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Call or text any time in those hours.
Can you put a new tire on where the car is parked?
Yes. A repairable puncture gets plugged on the spot. If the tire can’t be repaired and you have no spare, we can install a new tire on site. Tell us your tire size when you call.
My car won’t start after sitting at home. Can you help?
Yes. We check the battery’s age and condition, then jump it, or replace it on the spot with a matching battery if it has failed.
What does it cost?
